So I have a couple questions about the Notes that drop from the Ring quests.

I understand to INSPECT and ANALYZE items to see if they can be further lightened or deepened--seen the charts on what items can be lightened too and weight.

So what is with a Vivid Blue Note that deepens an item with say, up to 200lb? Will this deepen an item even if it is already at max?

How do you know how much more an item can be deepened?

If you lower the encumbrance of a piece of armor and over train in Armor Ranks, does it lower Attack RT for melee? for ranged?

As far as the note is concerned, max is 200 (or whatever it ways it goes up to on the note). You can't use the note to take something over 200, but you can use it to take something that is already max deep according to analyze up to 200.

e.g. if you have a 140 container (normal analyze max deep) you can use a 10/160 note to take it to 150, then a 25/180 note to take it to 175, then a 25/200 note to take it to 200.
