The water cannon doesn't have an analyze or inspect info.
Anyone know of any old info that has the zests for the cannon?

Here is part from one I've sold before:

You get a container of water
CLOSE the cannon
LOAD the cannon
PUSH the cannon to inflate it

You then FIRE the cannon at someone for a random effect. Does not work on critters.
