Does anyone know if there are regular (four suits, with Ace-King) type playing cards in Elanthia - or if there ever have been?

I am not looking for Tarot cards, but I do need something where a single card can be drawn from the deck and everyone can see it. Something similar to the TAP feature on the Tarot deck I have seen.

Any info welcome.
