I just noticed that at some point, my character gained "slightly pointed" ears, rather than the usual "pointed ears". I noticed the same on another Elf. Please tell me this is not intended.

It's apparently intended as a part of Features 2.0.

I'm personally glad we're not WoW Elves.

If it's intended, then please tell me that the Shift option granting the same thing will be removed. I personally liked the fact that not everyone was able to have a pair of Elf ears shifted onto them.
