There are three raffles set up around the Valley of Gold.

One is for one of three Custom Loresongs.
One is for one of two custom signature verbs.
One is for one of two complete feature alterations.

They all draw Sunday night, please check the tickets for exact times.
They all require 50k silver in ticket cost.

So it's between Wehnimer's and Zul Logoth. The fastest way would be ringing to it, unless you're on the east side and then you have to take the mine carts (not sure how ringing works from that side).

It's closer to Zul than it is to Wehn.

Orbing to Zul and taking the western mine carts would be pretty quick.

I lives in Zul.
