Is there any chance that we could have an arch in Solhaven so my Tehir can beat the pants off of Sylvankind proper? Aaaand... if there is one already, where is it?

No you cannot have an arch. But you can have a doorframe. Look for the twisted stone doorframe inside of Redwing Spire in South Haven (west of Eider and Murre) for easy entry into the Arena.
