Any Sorcerers out there with some T2-style NecroJuice built up?

I've got several different things I'd like done (hand- and foot-wraps for the Monk, runestaff for the Bard, plus any other oddities that I run across and may have forgotten) to T2, and then a more select field that I'd like to go higher.

Starchitin is my usual go-to, but there's only one of him. :) Also, he says that the runestaff isn't one that he can do (7x Fusion w/flares) so presumably I need someone with more of whatever mojo that spell takes.

This week I'm starting my offers at 1M for T2.
(Not to be confused with when I was offering shares of stock for my internet connection: that was 3M for T-1. <cough>)
