Besides everyone being joined getting a disk same as casting on an individual, but if they already have a disk or if they are getting one for the first time the disk will become a custom kind of disk selected from a list of options. This is a customizable option for disks and a way to make it easier to facilitate disks on everyone. One rub is it was still cost 11 mana per group member and if you don't have the full mana, it won't cast.
