How do we feel about allowing 405 to work as odeir'cos and get away from some of the runestone involved in the juggling processes that is scroll infusion.

I'd also like to see a quick charge function added to 714 where with a fresh scroll you can pump a bunch of mana into an item without any runestones but lock the scroll forever after that, like the 517 charge item update.
