Oooh, a new skill system involving shoes!

Oh wait ... that's FEATS, not feets; my bad.

OK I have been away for a while, and now I have been looking over the Feat system, which I guess is relatively new. My Rogue is level 100, and
so has access to every feat that this profession can learn. She is using 5x HCP brig armor, so scale armor proficiency was a no brainer. Same for
Shadow Strike and Vanish.

Those skils are pretty self explanatory. But now I have some questions about absorb magic/dispel magic/Kroderine Soul. Unlike the other feats I mentioned, there is no level requirement associated with these, and all 3 professions who have access to the Feat system can learn these. Also, learning Kroderine Soul apparently also confers learning dispel and absorb magic as well. Is there any reason one would learn one of the first two instead of going right for Kroderine Soul? Also, with no level requirement, is this a free skill for everyone, or do you need to omit one of the other feats in order to learn this one?

"So, what does that green line on the graph represent?"

"Oh, that's the projection of a hypothetical offspring from a union between Sauron and Cruella de Ville;
we use that as a baseline for determining character alignment."

OK, hang on; I tried learning Silent Strike and Scale Armor proficiency, and got the message that I already knew those. While I did get my armor proficiency up via regular armor skill ranks, I never learned Silent Strike. Here is my combat maneuver training:

your Combat Maneuvers are as follows:

Skill Mnemonic Ranks Type Category Subcategory

Acrobat's Leap acrobatsleap 1/1 Passive
Cheapshots cheapshots 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Combat Toughness toughness 3/3 Passive
Dirtkick dirtkick 4/5 Setup
Divert divert 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Dust Shroud shroud 4/5 Buff
Evade Specialization evadespec 3/3 Passive
Eyepoke eyepoke 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Footstomp footstomp 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Kneebash kneebash 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Leap Attack leapattack 1/1 Attack
Nosetweak nosetweak 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Punch Specialization punchspec 5/5 Passive
Striking Asp asp 3/3 Martial Stance
Stun Maneuvers stunman 6/6 Buff Rogue Guild
Subdue subdue 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Sucker Punch spunch 4/5 Setup
Sweep sweep 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Swiftkick swiftkick 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Templeshot templeshot 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Throatchop throatchop 6/6 Setup Rogue Guild
Unarmed Specialist unarmedspec 1/1 Passive

I don't see SIlent Strike anywhere. Now, I am maxxed out in ambush and hiding; does this automatically give me Silent Strike? I am confused here.

Nevermind; I checked and I do in fact know all the feats, even though I don't recall learning them. Maybe you get them automatically when you reach the appropriate level? I do recall using Vanish in the past, but if I remember correctly it was a CMan at the time. Also, apparently the downside of using Kroderine Mind is that you can't use any magic, even beneficial spels. Since my gal is a magical rogue with currenly 26 spell ranks, that isn't going to be something I will want to use.

Armor feats you learn automatically, depending on your profession and armor ranks.

Weapon feats you learn automatically, depending on your profession and weapon skill ranks.

Some professions have very specific feats you learn automatically as well, like with warriors and the WPS feat for being able to add crit/damage padding/weighting to items.
Silent Strike is free to rogues at level 25.
Vanish is free to rogues at level 40.

There could be others, those two are just a couple I know for rogues.
