So 1608 and BOC share the same messaging and there is no real way to keep track of up time and down time to use BOC correctly. Is there a way to give BOC its own messaging to be able to see it on the spell active list and to be able to use BOC with out having just to spam 1608 2x with out guessing?

I am probably explaining it horribly but I can't call on BOC without having to cast it twice for BOC to work and i want to recast it right as BOC drops but I don't have the options to see a spell active list number like for example here how those symbols use 9805 to be recalled. Trying to make a thorns style build with my current setup with all the new flares armors, shield and gear that has come out

The problems you're describing are lich related, not game related.
