Additionally, there is a +1 bolt AS bonus that is self-cast only for every two ranks past rank 27. The maximum bolt AS bonus is +51 at level 99 with 99 spell ranks. A simple way to determine the bolt AS bonus is to subtract 2 from the mana cost.

Please allow the bolt AS bonus to be applied towards melee/ranged AS as well. This would put the war cleric build on the same level as the war empath and make it quite a bit more viable.
