Some useful information:

Flares - Flare choices are: acid, +1 mana (max 5), or +5 acuity (max 40). Cannot add flares to an item that already has weighting/padding or flares (unless adding to acuity/mana).

Custom Swear - Not an instant redemption win, and you won't have to be there (but you must be logged in in order to win). You should make sure your play.net email is up to date.

Weighting - Restrictions as follows: Weapon must be +40 or below. Weighting is rated "heavy." Items with existing weighting/sighting may have additional weighting/sighting added up to the maximum of "heavy". Cannot add weighting to an item which already has flares.

Pre-made Signature Verbs - These will be limited by account. If you win one, you cannot win another with any character on that account.

Any chance katanas could get heavy weighting on top of their natural weighting with this service?

Is there just 1 flare per raffle? How many weighting spots will be raffled?

Any preview on when those last 3 signature verbs will be given out? Have to work, alas, and I'd love to catch them. :)
