While taking my level 25 ranger to reim for the first time tonight, no creatures would spawn outside searching chests. In the starting zone, I was able to spawn a total of 3 mobs, from randomly placed chests. I sat there for 15 minutes, roamed around to every single room in the area, nothing. Zero spawns of the regular interval variety, no rare.

Finally gave up and left the instance, after traveling from Ta'Vaalor to try it out on alt.

(In capped land, the max group size is working great, and my splits are higher than ever. Hurray!)
