Ticketing issue for 12/7 12/05/2014 10:23 AM CST
I've sent emails in to quests@simutronics.com last week, but I haven't gotten any response. Since we've now reached the Friday before the event, I thought I would try asking here since this is probably the last chance.

I purchased a ticket for the first run of the Spire on 11/25. I got stuck at work last minute, didn't make it home in time, and missed the entire event... receiving no services. The emails I sent in asked if I could attend the 12/7 run instead. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
