i am currently signed up for the 11/30 run but have just been given notice that i have to be somewhere else on this date, and i was wondering if there would be any way i could swap my sign up for the following date (run 3)

i sent an email very early this morning as you suggested, but as yet have had no response, i will be leaving in a couple hours and will have no access to my email (or even a computer for nearly a week) so i hope this goes through.

You may or may not, the holiday has things messed up and I'm not sure if anyone will be around. However, I'll make sure the right people know you want to switch. As long as you don't show up for the one you're signed up for, I think it'll be okay.
