You get 3 of the offered services. You can pick 3 of one, 3 different ones, 2 of one and one of another... up to you. It's 3 total, per account, per run.
Fusion items (including orbs) are not eligible.
Edible enhancives (there will be some sold at the Spire) are not eligible.
You can leave the event area and return as much as you'd like to during your 4 hour run.
You will be able to see the offered services via the MERCHANT verb during your event, too.
