I have a question.

My one account is still in the first 30 days aka Trial Status.

Is there any way to purchase a ticket from that account while it's in Trial Status? Or do I have to email billing somehow to change it to normal status so I can then purchase a ticket?

The character in question I would like to take to the event isn't on this account but a newly created one, hence why I'm curious how that would work and if it's at all possible.

As long as you have a billing method on file, you should be able to buy a ticket with a trial account.

It wouldn't allow me to purchase a Ticket on this account either, which was a trial.

I went into My Account options and managed to find a method to upgrade to standard, which I believe won't bill me until next month. Once I did that I was then able to purchase a ticket for the event on the account.

Otherwise, as a trial account, I was unable to purchase a ticket to the event.

Very, very, very odd. I triple checked all the settings before I answered you initially and went back and checked again just now and Trials should have been able to sign up for a ticket.

I'll have to get someone to look at that.

A great list!

>(12) You hear something buzzing near you, and you wildly swat at the air.

I find this one the most amusing and perplexing. A possible Kaldonis-sort of batty thing to do?

All of these look great. I'm waiting to see everything that's offered before I grab a ticket, but definitely gonna be hitting this event up.

Yeah that wasn't the case. I checked about 4 times and still kept getting the error. I've been in talks back and forth with Chris as of now.

My biggest issue is what was ONCE a trial account with literally only 8 days played on it and having like 20 days left, is now no longer a trial account with any of those free days left, since I had to subscribe to standard just to purchase a ticket for the event. I was under the impression of had I subscribed, to purchase a ticket, I would not have been billed until my trial days were up. This was not the case.

Also, I went ahead and pasted him the error message I got when attempting to purchase a ticket. This was the message...

Ticketed Event Error

These are really great. So. Many. Choices.

I will definitely be signing up for this at some point, just need to settle some RL schedule oddities.

Everything looks amazing so far. :-)

I'll make sure you get those days credited.

player with account on ice wants to know when the next round is going on sale. a general statement of sometime before or after the first run is still helpful, if specifics aren't known.

Yeah, things were taken care of yesterday already from Chris. Appreciated for sure.

Bah I keep forgetting. Tell her I'm sorry! ;)

Otherwise, everything is kosher now on my end. Everything had gotten resolved for me, now here's to hoping the website issue or what not gets resolved in case others run into the same issue I had.
