I'd like to request picture locket attuning/unlocking at the summer premium festival and/or Ebon Gate this year, please. I know it's offered at the winter premium wagons each year already, but it's probably the most amazing RP-centric service any merchant offers and I always have a huge backlog of lockets I'd love to get attuned, whether it's for me and someone else or as a gift for two friends.
