What do you mean? I'm close to posting something on our wiki that I was doing in 2015. State of Elanthia is done at SimuCon.

I thought last January we had a meeting or something was discussed about what was upcoming things in the future etc. Maybe I am just crazy

We did have a State of Elanthia post in January last year. But it was more a sneak peak at what's ahead. This was when SimuCon was iffy. So we weren't sure whether or not we'd give a State of Elanthia there.

But check the announcements in a moment.
