I won the lor quarterstaff that turns into a katana.

The lor quarterstaff is a sword cane. Some restrictions may apply to the cane's noun when altering it. This item may weigh more than your typical quarterstaff, which is intended. The quarterstaff is not unlocked.

My question is what do these sword canes do when unlocked? More scripts? Hopefully I can catch an unlocker-type at the next merchanty shindig.
