As Wyrom brought to my attention, the wand-holding staves were interacting oddly (read: at all) with some of the new self-charging wands and rods. This should not be, and has been fixed. If you have one of these self-charging rods or wands in a wand-holding staff right now, I would highly suggest removing it.
