I posted the update over in the Items and Inventory topic in the Game Design Discussion category. Please note, most the updates are purely messaging being cleaned up, a new flavor added, and the ability to use it with runestaves and UCS Equipment (gloves only). The damage output is within the same thresholds of normal flares.
