Invalid Quest Number? 06/30/2013 08:19 AM CDT

I had bought a ticket for the following: 223-18 Return to Black Swan Castle Thaluhar 06/30/2013 3:00 PM

I click on the details link this morning, and it tells me "invalid quest number".

Has this run been cancelled or something? Written feedback also, but any assistance would be appreciated.

You're still in there, the quest is still on. The ticket page just closed since it's the day of the event and there are no other tickets for sale. You can type QUEST in game I believe to see some details about you upcoming quest.

Sorry to be a pain Wyrom but there was actually another run scheduled for next Sunday. It was a private one and I haven't had the chance to sign up to it yet. Any chance it could be restored please?

You'll want to drop quests@ an email about that. I don't have much sway on the sign ups or billing aspects of pay events/quests.

If the box office says invalid number but in the game quest shows:
>QUEST INFO
You are signed up for Return to Black Swan Castle beginning at 7/3/2013 19:00:00 CDT. (Slot 1)

Than is the run still on?
