Out of curiosity, what is the expected response time on emails to set up a private run? I sent an email yesterday to try to get a run set up for Thursday evening. Hopefully that is enough time?

Yes, at least a week's notice is best.

I tracked down your emails and see you send one on Saturday asking for a Monday run which didn't get seen until late in the day on Monday, as the billing office is closed on the weekends and the billing folks focus on any billing or access issues that cropped up over the weekend first. The other email was sent Tuesday night for a Thursday run, which would've left less than 24 hours for anyone else to get signed up (unless you were soloing the quest), even if it had been seen right after you sent it.

We definitely want to get you set up with a quest run that fits your (and your party members') schedule!
