ACT 04/09/2011 05:20 PM CDT
I'd like for ACT to include a way to show ownership.. such as...

act :somebody pulls on @ cloak
This would show up as (Septimius pulls on somebody cloak.), which is incorrect

You CAN use act :somebody pulls on @ 's cloak.
This would show up as (Septimius pulls on somebody 's cloak.), which looks odd.

Basically, I'm just asking for @'s to turn out as somebody's in the act line, instead of the @'s it'll show up as now.
(Septimius pulls on @'s cloak.)

I could use #, but that would just make the noun his or her, and third parties wouldn't really know exactly who I was talking about (Which is the entire purpose for using this act).

Stack your @s with it. Like a pre-emptive action.

act :septimus glances at @ and pulls on # cloak.

(Somebody glances at septimus and pulls on his cloak.)

or
act :septimus moves near @ and pulls on # cloak.

(Somebody moves near Septimus and pulls on his cloak.)

or

act :septimus reaches towards @ and pulls on # cloak.

(Somebody reaches towards Septimus and pulls on his cloak.)

Something like that would work.

It would work, I'd just like it to have a way to use the name possessively. There are times when I'd perhaps want to glance over at an item someone has or the like, using ACT, but I don't want to make it look bulky by glancing at them, taking particular note of whatever in their hand or whatever.
