Okay, clearly I have no idea what the hell is going on with inventory. I thought that if I had the armoire turned to 'sort OFF', as it is clearly labeled, then the <whatever it is that I've pointed it at> stored inside, will fly back onto my inventory in precisely the spot that it had been worn before.

This appears not to be the case.

I've tried it with it turned to 'on', I've tried it with it turned to off.

I Have My Stuff In My Order.

Sometimes, I happen not to want to wear some of it (to avoid clutter).

Great, open armoire, they're gone, no worries.

When it's time for them to come back, I want them to go back IN EXACTLY THE SAME &^#@!*^&%#@ING ORDER.

Neither 'on' nor 'off' setting appears to do this. Crap flies on and off and winds up in whatever order it darn well pleases.

How do I make it Do What I Want? (Which, honestly, is what I spend most of my time in the office beating the software there into submission for.)
