I don't recall anything special about bone made items, but I wanted to double check.

Any kind of natural +/- to AS/DS? (I don't believe there is, but I'm too lazy to double check between other tasks I'm doing.)
Any kind of hindrance to enchanting?

It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of bone.

I also have a rat bone scimitar that's made out of bone.

I used to have a rat bone dagger (don't recall the exact description) that was made of bone as well as a bone breastplate (was Plate class breastplate). I do believe I let the dagger go some time back and I'm not sure what happened to the armor.

Any kind of hindrance to enchanting?

Bone's one of the hardest thing's I've found to enchant. My mage that can do 7x fusion struggled getting some bone weapons to 4x - which is why they're currently still at 3x in my shop.
