Armor Stealth
Description: Adjusts a person's armor so that it can help mask their movements. Provides a bonus to Stealth rolls equal to (Rank * 2 * (5 - Armor Group)).

Is this a typo, or does Armor Stealth actually provide a bonus of "0" even at rank 5 for metal breastplate through full plate (armor group 5)?

It is not a typo. Hauberk is the highest permissible armor.
