Experience VS Level Difference 10/11/2015 10:03 AM CDT

The page on experience on GSWiki gives the following table:

Creature Level Experience Gain
10 or more below character no experience
1-9 below character 100 - 10x level difference
same as character 100 experience
1-4 above character 100 + 10x level difference
5 or more above character 150 experience

Has this changed or am I seeing something different for other reasons?

I'm level 23 and forest trolls are supposed to be level 14 thus I expected 10 Exp per kill and search.

I bled out Exp in TSC till clean then killed 37 trolls. Then bled out again.

Difference was 1110 Exp or 30 points per kill.

Two thoughts:

1) Did you have your gift of lumnis active at the time?

You can check this by typing >Experience and would see something similar to the below:

You feel a strange sense of serenity and find that you are able to reflect on recent events with uncommon clarity and understanding.

While your gift is up you will receive 3x or 2x experience per pulse.

2) I believe creatures can spawn within a range of level (so possibly not ALL forest trolls are level 14). Possibly you killed a number of them that spawned at a higher level?

The most likely reason for seeing triple is that your weekly Lumnis Gift is running and consequently each 10 points into the bucket from killing trolls added 30 to your absorbed total. An RPA multiplier could have the same effect.
