Symbol of Courage boosts AS and UAF but not CS. How come?

Why would you expect it to in the first place? AS and CS boosters are normally in separate powers, societies normally don't get CS boosting powers and Voln has a CS boost in a different symbol.

I find it curious, hence the question.

Yes, Supremacy boosts CS(and also AS/UAF), but only against Undead, and at only ranks/2. The ranks/2 thing makes sense to me for CS, as boosters seem to follow that model, but why the one Symbol and not the other?
