Hello! I was wondering about some things tonight and figured I would inquire. I believe you need citizenship in a town to buy a shop.. in the rare instances a shop is available. Do you need to keep your citizenship to keep your shop?

If you lose your citizenship you don't lose your shop, however you lose the ability to use the SHOP verb. When they revoked citizenship in Ta'Vaalor for aelotoi, my girl kept her shop but she is unable to do anything but sell things and get her money out.
