Numinous Title Update! 10/01/2010 11:15 PM CDT

Clerics and Paladins who have learned at least 40 ranks of Spiritual Lore, Religion can now show their faith on their profession post name title. To toggle the setting, turn on the ShowDeityTitle FLAG. Once set, "of <deity>" will be appended to your title, where deity is who you are converted to.

In addition, the Archpriestess and High Priestess titles are now available to female Clerics.

Seems a bit wonky. Perhaps because I'm unaligned?

The short story is I couldn't get any response from FLAG SHOWDEITYTITLE OFF/ON.

I even had it show me with the cleric profession title.

Emeradan couldn't get it to work either.

..but it's 4am.. so maybe that's why :P

I got it to work by simply typing FLAG and clicking on the showdeityflag which of course doesn't help if you don't use SF.

You see High Lady Rohese Bayvel-Timsh'l Illistim the High Priestess of Lumnis.

One VERY happy Priestess :D

You have to follow a specific deity as defined by the Convert verb, i.e. not be unaligned or converted to Other, for this to work.

People who have converted to "Other" to follow Eugenides as their patron deity are sad that they do not get a nifty title because the convert list hasn't been updated or fleshed out.

Also.. it never even showed up as an option in my FLAG list. Is that the normal activity?

If you don't meet the two thresholds you don't see it?

I didn't know FLAGs could work that way.

If you don't meet the two thresholds you don't see it?

I didn't know FLAGs could work that way.

Correct, you won't even see the flag option unless you're a Cleric or Paladin with 40 ranks of Spiritual Lore, Religion and aligned to a specific deity.

We don't need High Priests of None or Other running around. :)
