I was thinking maybe as a Skill Title that Goad, Firebrand, Instigator, etc. could be tallied into Pickpocketing ranks (possibly for non-Rogues, since you're talking about earning a reputation -- Likely because you're going to get caught. Their definitely needs to be a good amount of ranks a non-Rogue would have to invest to earn that title.) Other factors (besides Pickpocketing) should factor in, too, but I can't think of any right now. Bleeaarrggh.
