Sooo, my character is significantly POST cap. Hasn't trained anything in awhile as building up points for stuff. I logged in today and did my usual log in exp and friend list checks. As soon as I finished those I got the following message...

Training adjusted to your current level. You have regained use of 4 Phy while your converted Phy points have decreased by 4 points.

Totally understand that messaging when you get it during normal leveling, but why on earth would I be seeing it now?

There's a check that's done at login to cover for something unexpected having messed up the training point calculation on a character. This time it found something. The normal reason for the check failing is levelling, but there are plenty of other things that could glitch the TP calcs. e.g. I think I've triggered it a couple of times with migration glitches.

Also LTE ( Long term experience )is soaked up while offline and added at login. If this amount grants you tps then you see this message.
