Has the rare core rate decreased? 06/16/2016 11:55 AM CDT

I'm a pretty heavy Confluence hunter, and I noticed in my last 2 "plinite hauls" of roughly 100 plinites a piece I did not find a single "rare" core. This is a sharp decrease from my previous hauls since the squashing of the bug that prevented their appearance. Has the formula been readjusted, or have I just been having really poor RNG luck?

I haven't found any rare cores in a while either. Mind looking into it, Coase?

I don't know if it's been fixed since my post, but I finally found a couple of rare cores in my last haul. Looking forward to many more!
