Never seen this before. Ran in to grab some herbs, Voln fogged out, and it dropped me in this room that I've never seen before.

Gargantuan spires of ice-covered rock jut up from the ground and their peaks disappear among rolling patches of purplish-black clouds. Along the edges of the immense earthen pinnacles are thousands of icy bristles, branching out like the malformed vertebrae of an ancient demon. A deep, chilling cold clings to the air. You also see a green tree frog and the fiery red Methais disk.

Roombrief flag wasn't turned on.

I'm pretty sure it's the room you fight the elemental in for the attunement quest, and aren't supposed to be able to fog to it like that.
