I think Wyneb is very similar to OTF. Three magic ranks per level of spell worn, known spells free, own circle spells at 1/2 or 1/3 cost or something. Not exact, but it gets close enough for me to not blow up.

My 72nd level warrior has hunted Wyneb for 5 levels. She has 60 ranks each in MIU and AS. With that she can wear 401, 406, 414, 101, 103, 107, 202, and 503. Anything else and she gets a burst which sometimes requires running back to town to get healed, and sometimes she just hunts with wounds.
