Where are they kept?

I had to reinstall SF and everything that was supposed to be saved locally has vanished though I do still have the stuff that was saved on the server.

I have some generic highlights in an export file that I could import, but all the character specific highlights have gone missing.

I've got an XML file with some generic settings exported to it, but its ones that were never exported that I'd like to find.

I was afraid it would be something like that. Looks like they are gone along with everything else that was in that folder.
