There already is one; it's titled FRIENDS & ENEMIES, and is only available if you choose to employ dialog windows (make sure to re-log in after turning on the dialog box command). It has widely spaced, color-coded faces to indicate the befriend-friendliness setting for everyone on your list. They make absolutely zero sense to me and are exceedingly creepy to look at. Personally, I'd prefer a simple list, like what you see in the main story window, sorted by Online/Offline

I didn't like that dialogue box thing, either. I thought it would be more user friendly for a SF window that we can toggle on or off, and that would just keep a live display of BEFRIEND LIST.
