Hi everyone!

We have set the date for SimuCon 2017 to be August 2 - 6, 2017 at the Sheraton Westport Chalet in St Louis. We have a room block reserved at the Chalet at $105/night + taxes/fees, and you have until July 12 to book with the Chalet at this rate. You can do so by creating a reservation at https://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/SimuCon2017 or if you call to make a reservation, let them know you are with the SimuCon 2017 group.

We will get a crowdfunding campaign set up within the next couple months as we finalize what goodies we want to offer our generous donators. However, please remember that SimuCon is free to attend! In fact, I'm doing away with the Badge Tier entirely, so if you can't donate but still wish to attend, let me know via GS4-ZYTHICA@play.net by July 31st, and I will print up a badge for you.

We'd like to reach out and ask if there's anything in particular you guys would like to see or do at SimuCon? We've always had a rather laid back convention, but if you have any suggestions, we're open to them! You can let us know here or send me an e-mail as above.
