Unfortunately, when the hotel attempted to lock in our previous dates (August 20th - 23rd), it was discovered that another convention had taken the spot. As such, we're falling back to the second most popular choice of August 6th - 9th. The room rate is still $99 and attendees will be able to reserve that rate from Wednesday, August 5th - Monday, August 10th. We apologize for this minor setback and hope everyone can still attend!
