Basically a Noob, and although I have spent the points to learn a spell, I still have zero mana. My specs are:

Do I need to do something special to get mana, or should I just give up?

It is wisdom, aura, and logic that are mana stats. And logic only applies to monks. Aura is elemental(To include bards although they are in theory hybrids), wisdom is spiritual(Ditto for hybrid empaths), and both are factored into mana for sorcerers, rogues, and warriors because all three can learn both minor elemental and minor spiritual circles.

Any particular reason why you are learning spells? For most of us who have done it it has been a post cap goal, it isn't mechanically worth the points until then.

The OP is what level and what profession? Certainly not level 1 warrior. And if you did learn a spell, I hope it was 101 and not 401.
