Off the top of my head, the following things of interest to sorcerers have been added or had significant changes in the last 15 years. Please refer to the wiki for specifics since I'll be here all day if I try to get into any more detail (keep in mind that some of the changes I have in mind MIGHT have been made slightly more then 15 years ago):

-Sorcerer Spells 702, 704, 705, 709, 712, 713, 714, 715, 716, 725, 730, 735, 740 (possibly others)

-Minor Elemental Spells 410, 414, 418, 435 (these are just the ones I use regularly myself, others had changes made during the Elemental Lore Review as well)

-Minor Spirit Spells 107, 118, 130

-Sacrifice

-Alchemy

-MANA (verb)

-Voln (if you're a member)

Again, this is just off the top of my head... there are def other things that have changed or are new that I'm either not thinking of or that happened more recently then I'm recollecting.

A severed gnomish hand crawls in on its fingertips and makes a rude gesture before quickly decaying and rotting into dust. A gust of wind quickly scatters the dust.
