Moonstone cubes add to the success rate of active/attack CMans; do they also help with passive maneuvers? For example, if I rub a cube and then put up shadow mastery, are the two things additive ... I.E. is my hiding even more effective?

Do they help with rogue guild skills, like sweep? These are similar to learned combat maneuvers but I am not sure they are coded to work with the cubes.
