Anybody have suggestions for what shield skills to train in? I use a small shield at the moment and am a ohe/ambushing rogue. Was looking at bash/strike and that sort of thing or perhaps some of the anti-spell skills.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Shield swiftness is what I'd consider first for a rogue along with the pre-req shield focus. After that I would say deflect the elements depending on if what you hunt has flares. I then dabbled in steady shield and deflection training.
For disabling type maneuvers I personally use e-wave but would probably end up using sweep or kneebash as an alternative.

My advice wouldn't help you much, since my gal uses UAC attacks, and is going for shielded brawler. I did also get deflection, however, to lessen the chance of getting stunned by those splash effects.
