returning after five years 06/12/2013 04:35 AM CDT

ok, as the title says I left gemstone roughly five years ago and returned a few days ago. I am in serious need of bard advice. when I left, I was a sword and board bard that did pretty well hunting, but im lost now. I cant paste my stats because I am posting from my phone but my bard is human at 44 trains. I have bard circle up to 1035 and minor e up to.430. any advice.for a mid 40s bard would be appreciated. thanks

to further my questions, I am seriously considering a ploe arm bard...that being said, shield training unnecessary? what about dodge? I know ill be singing weapon and armir, running mirrors etc

You are very heavily trained in spells. (My Bard is only 2 levels higher, and knows only 6 more bardsongs than you.)

My advice would be to blow off even thinking of swinging nasty stickesses at things, and just smoke the whole room with Disruption. But that's just me.

(By way of example, at 46th level I literally cannot fail to ward a 55th level Stone Troll; the worst possible result I can get is a d100==1 Fumble.)
