Refilling a locksmith's toolkit 03/02/2011 10:27 AM CST

If I run out of cotton or putty, the only way to refill these items is to buy a new toolkit? I tried getting items from a toolkit as well as EMPTYing one with no success.

I really like the toolkit I got at Ebon's, but I am almost out of cotton.

hold the altered one in your right hand, hold a fresh one in your left hand, and BUNDLE.

You can also bundle vials for plates into your toolkit this way. Hold your toolkit in your right hand and a vial in your left.
