Whats the odds of giving races the ability to learn other languages? For as much as some areas of this game have very diverse races there really isn't a reason one can not at least pick up one other language. I know there are some items out there but very rare and very rarely gave up. Having the ablility to learn a choosen language without finding a rare item would be great.
