Well, I can tell you from sitting around the park lately there are a number of warriors working on guild skills, so depending on your play time, I don't think you'll have any problems finding people to do reps with. As for other issues... in plat you only need 1 guild member or 2 non guild members to count as an audience, and you don't need a Guild Master to nominate you to Guild Master... though I've no idea how many warrior guild masters we may have, so the only thing I can be sure you might have a problem finding is someone who gives you double reps on tasks.
